Shipping
MxM Express is an Australian business. All orders ship from Australia using Australia Post. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification once your parcel has been lodged.
Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $20.
International shipping is a flat rate of $55.
Shipping times are based on Australia Post’s standard delivery estimates. Most domestic parcels arrive within 2–6 business days, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take a little longer. International delivery times vary by country but generally fall within 10–25 business days.
These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, customs delays, or logistical issues outside our control.
When your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number where available. You can follow your parcel’s progress on the Australia Post website. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please check with neighbours, building management or your local post office before contacting us.
Parcels returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect may incur a second shipping fee for re-delivery.
Returns
You can return products within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or assessment, provided you obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) from MxM Express before sending anything back.
To request an RA number, email info@mxmexpress.com with your order details. Receiving an RA number does not guarantee the final outcome. All items are inspected on arrival to confirm condition and eligibility.
Once you have your RA number, pack the item securely and include a copy of your original invoice. The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the parcel so we can process it without delay.
Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. We do not accept COD or freight-collect shipments. You are responsible for sending the parcel back to us, and MxM Express is not liable for parcels that are lost, damaged or tampered with in transit. We recommend using a tracked service.
All authorised returns should be shipped to the return address provided in your RA confirmation email.
