Pricing and Taxes

Payments

PayPal payments are our preferred method of payment. We do not accept orders via telephone. If required, we can issue an invoice and payment can be made via a bank transfer or direct deposit.

Order Processing and Cancellation

Orders are processed once payment has been received. MxM Express reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if payment is not completed, if incorrect information is provided, or if stock is no longer available. If an order must be cancelled from our side, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

Customers may request cancellation before the order has shipped by contacting us at info@mxmexpress.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping details, fees and delivery timeframes are outlined in our Shipping & Returns policy. MxM Express is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for its security transfers to the buyer.

Warranty

All items sold by MxM Express are warranted to the original purchaser for normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, excluding batteries. If any product is defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, it will be replaced when returned to MxM Express. There are no other express or implied warranties except as set forth. MxM Express shall have no liability or warranty for incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use its products, and in all cases our liability is limited strictly to replacement or the value of the product purchased.

Returns

Returns require a valid Return Authorisation (RA). Details on return eligibility, process and conditions are outlined in our Shipping & Returns policy. Customers are responsible for return postage unless otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MxM Express is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or purchase of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
